We're delighted to provide shuttles from the Florence airport to the venue. Each guest group will receive a designated bus number and departure time between 1:30 PM and 4:00 PM.

After settling in, please join us on the castle terrace to enjoy welcome drinks, introductions, and a gorgeous Tuscan sunset.

For dinner, we'll host a "make-your-own" pizza party! Top your pizza with fresh local ingredients and bake it yourself in the stone oven. Wine and non-alcoholic beverages are provided. The evening is meant to be relaxing and fun—a chance for everyone to get acquainted with each other and the beautiful Tuscan scenery.

BREAKFAST ON THE TERRACE

Begin the day with a light breakfast featuring fresh bread, local jams and honey, cheese boards, yogurt, muesli, coffee, juice, and water.

PANINI TRUCK AT THE POOL

Enjoy a casual lunch poolside with fresh paninis and downtime before the celebrations begin.

CEREMONY & DINNER

Attire: Summer Cocktail / Semi-Formal

Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place on the picturesque Fattoria Lawn, followed by a delightful post-ceremony aperitivo.

A three-course Italian dinner will be served outdoors, offering stunning views of the Tuscan sunset, accompanied by red and white wine. Should the weather not cooperate, dinner will be moved indoors to the banquet hall.

RAVE CAVE

The celebration continues in the castle dungeon, affectionately called the Rave Cave! A DJ, dance floor, and an open bar from 10:00 PM – 2:30 AM featuring delicious cocktails await you.

RECOVERY BRUNCH

Start your morning with a hot brunch spread of healthy, local dishes on the terrace, including coffee, tea, juice, and water.

Additional food, alcoholic beverages, and specialty coffees can be purchased from the Castello kitchen and billed separately to your room.

BBQ LUNCH

Relax poolside for a classic BBQ! Enjoy locally sourced burgers and Italian sausages, soak in the Tuscan sun, and don't forget your swimsuit.

PASTA CLASS DINNER

On our final evening, we'd love for everyone to gather for a pasta-making class led by Castello's Master Chef. We'll cook fresh pasta, share a buffet meal, and enjoy wine together on the terrace.

Before checking out, join us for a final light breakfast featuring fresh bread with local jams and honey, cheese boards, yogurt, and muesli, along with coffee, juice, and still water.

Shuttles departing from Castello will leave no later than 11:00 AM. For guests planning travel arrangements from Florence, we recommend booking afternoon departures to allow ample time for travel.
