We will be providing shuttles from Florence to the venue with a departure time around 3:00pm. Exact location and details will be provided in the upcoming months. After checking and settling in, meet us on the castle terrace for some welcome wine and introductions while we watch the beautiful Tuscan sunset. Dinner will be a make your own pizza party -- top your pizza with fresh ingredients and learn how to cook it in the stone pizza oven! Wine and non-alcoholic beverages are included. The goal is to relax and have some fun getting to know one another.

Breakfast on the Terrace A light breakfast on the terrace is provided, and includes fresh bread with local jams and honey, cheese boards, yogurt, muesli, coffee, juice and water. Panini Truck at the Pool Kick off the wedding day poolside with a panini truck lunch and some down time before the festivities begin. Ceremony & Dinner Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place on the Fattoria Lawn, followed by a post-ceremony aperitivo. A 3-course Italian dinner will follow on the hillside with a beautiful Tuscan sunset as a backdrop. Red and white wine throughout dinner is included. In case of uncooperative weather, the dinner will be moved inside to the banquet hall. Rave Cave The party continues in the dungeon of the castle, a.k.a the Rave Cave. A DJ and a dance floor await, along with an open bar from 10pm - 2:30am featuring a variety of cocktails.

Recovery Brunch Join us on the terrace for a hot brunch with a delicious spread of healthy and local ingredients. Includes coffee, tea, juice and still water. Additional food, alcohol, or specialty coffees are available for purchase from the Castello kitchen and will be billed separately to your room. Pasta Class and Lunch It's our final day together and we'd love nothing more than for everyone to come together to learn how to make fresh pasta from the Castello's Master Chef and drink wine on the terrace. Pasta and a variety buffet will be served. BBQ Dinner by the Pool Join us poolside for a good 'ole fashion BBQ as we celebrate one last sunset together. Bring your swimsuit and settle in while we munch down on some locally sourced burgers & Italian sausages and relax under the Tuscan sun!

Join us for a light breakfast on the terrace before you check out. Indulge in Fresh Bread with Local Jams and Honey, Cheese Boards, Yogurt, Muesli. Includes Coffee, Juice and Still Water. We will arrange to have shuttles depart the Castello no later than 11:00 am. If you are making travel arrangements out of Florence and plan on taking the shuttle, we recommend making travel plans for late afternoon to give yourself sufficient time to make any flights or trains.
